Initial Consultation

Service Description

During our Initial Consultation we will have the chance to get to know each other and you can tell me what it is that's brought you here. I will then go on to explain a little about how the brain works in relation to your issue and to tell you about how we will progress with our subsequent hypnotherapy sessions should you decide that it is the right thing for you do to. We will then finish the hour off with a short taster of hypnosis.
