Breathwork has been around for thousands of years. Used in Eastern traditions and heavily linked with yoga it is the art of controlling and altering the breath to elicit many positive benefits in the body and mind. 

Because of the way most of us now live the majority of us no longer breathe the way we were designed to. This is having catastrophic consequences for our overall heath.

My breathwork sessions are designed to help you breathe the way we should. I also teach an array of different breathing techniques that all have their own advantages. 

The benefits range from getting a better nights sleep and generally feeling happier and more relaxed to lowering blood pressure, improving your immune system and helping deal with anxiety and depression.

I've had to take a break from running my weekly group sessions in Bradford On Avon at the moment but I am still offering one to one sessions in BoA and online.

I am also happy to incorporate breathwork into our hypnotherapy sessions as the two compliment each other beautifully.
