A specific fear/phobia will usually take an initial consultation and three subsequent sessions.

Relaxation hypnosis sessions last 30 minutes and cost £30. They are designed for people who would like to improve their sleep or suffer from very low level anxiety.

Smoking cessation is carried out in just two sessions. The first of which will last between 60 - 90 minutes and the second will last 45 minutes. The cost is £150. A deposit of £75 is required to book.
